Situated in the center of the city, right by Lake Eola and near the park; this place offers you all the views and relaxation you need while at the same time providing with a Publix and 10+ restaurants and bars in a 2 block radius. You will be able to enjoy beautiful walks and great food without you ever having to get into your vehicle. All the parks are within 20-30 minutes depending on which ones you are going to.

This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a queen size bed and an air mattress queen size (sleeps 2). Netflix on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Private patio with seating, perfect for your morning cuppa. A true modern escape!
A stunning kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Keurig coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.
The comfortable queen size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Flush Bidet, Graff shower head, stand alone shower.
Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Great location for long stays, or for work.
Also, conveniently located for exploring the area for events. Everything is nearby and is reachable by foot or car, if you’re going to Amway Center, Orlando Soccer City Stadium, Dr Phillips Center, Lake Eola and all restaurants, bars and venues at Downtown. There is no better location to stay. Plus great amenities with amazing pool and gym are the cherry on top.

Parking is $35 per stay upon request with at least 24hr notice, or you can find alternate parking downtown at your discretion.
Note: the garage across from the building is $10-20/daily depending on the day or $2/hour. We (the host) are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. You must abide by city parking rules
Homescape Guest Policies:
You will be staying in a luxury apartment community and not a hotel. We ask that you act accordingly and treat our space and neighbours with the same respect you would show your own.
1. Disclosure of Booking Information
Guests are strictly prohibited from disclosing that their reservation was made through a third-party platform (including Airbnb) to any building residents. Homescape is the exclusive provider of short-term accommodations in the property, and we do not want residents to think it is acceptable to list they apartments. This includes conversations with residents or the first-floor leasing office, where prospective tenants visit. Guests should refer to their stay as being in a “Homescape Apartment.”
2. Leasing Office Use
Guests may only use the leasing office for entering and exiting the building. Loitering or engaging in conversations with prospective tenants is not permitted. Each violation of this policy will result in a $500 management fee. For any questions or concerns, guests must contact Elijah directly.
3. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the apartment at any time. Excessive barking or noise complaints caused by unsupervised pets may lead to the cancellation of your reservation. Please note that pet fees will be requested after the booking is confirmed. The total amount due does not include pet fees.
* 1-7 Nights: $25 per day per pet
* 8-28 Nights: $200 flat fee per pet
* 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee per pet
4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.
5. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment and on the property grounds. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
6. Pool Hours
The pool is available for guest use during designated hours, from sunrise to sunset.
7. Trash Disposal
Guests may leave their trash in the designated bin outside the apartment for valet pick-up. Trash collection is available Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
8. Check-Out Policy
Once check-out has been completed, guests must vacate the premises immediately. Remaining on the property or using its amenities after check-out is strictly prohibited.
PLEASE NOTE: - Failure to vacate the apartment by 10am at check-out without prior approval will incur a late fee equivalent to the entire booking day. To request a later check-out, please communicate through the app, and we will approve if possible. We require names, driver's license/ID numbers, and dates of birth for all incoming reservations, as mandated by property management.
9. This property uses video and audio level surveillance device, Ring doorbell mounted on the entrance door. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the suite to monitor excessive noise levels.
10. Key Fob and/or Parking Decal
If you do not return or damage the parking permit and/or Key Fob, the cost is $200 to replace it each. To avoid any charges, please make sure the parking permit and/or Key Fob are left in the unit before checkout.
