The first floor includes the ensuite downstairs bedroom, outdoor courtyard, powder room (with stacked Miele laundry machines), living room with access to the back patio, dining room and kitchen. The second floor includes the ensuite second bedroom.
Living space is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with others both indoors and outside. The living room, kitchen and dining room are the perfect open gathering spot to soak up the direct water views on the harbor. Gentle water breezes will greet you as you open the oversized sliding doors off the living room to enjoy the courtyard with outdoor dining table as well as the back patio with front row seating to spectacular views. The non-working fireplace is a beautiful focal point anchoring the comfortable living room seating area. The stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as small appliances and tools to prepare gourmet meals. Enjoy an indoor meal in the dining room with serene water views or dine al fresco in the courtyard.
