Experience our serene getaway! Luxuriate in private bathrooms for each room, a master bedroom with balcony views of lake, mountains, and pool. Unwind in the cozy living room with a stylish kitchen, plus a second space with foosball. Laundry room convenience adds ease. Outdoor amenities beckon!
Guests have access to the entire property, cozy living spaces, and outdoor amenities. Three small areas are reserved for property owners use: one under the stairs, another in the master bathroom, and the third next to the laundry room. Otherwise, guests are welcome to make themselves at home and enjoy their stay to the fullest.
Lake Rules
No swimming in the lake
No Fishing
In the event of swimming or fishing in the lake, your stay will be forfeited without refund, and you will be kindly asked to vacate the premises.
Parking
There is NO street parking allowed unless we SAFELIST the vehicle with security. Parking accommodates up to two cars in the driveway and one car in the garage. Prioritize garage and driveway parking. If street parking is necessary with permission, park in line with traffic flow. Failure to comply incurs a $200 fee per car per day. When street parking, provide owner's full name, vehicle make/model, color, and license plate to the property manager. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cameras
Two exterior cameras ensure added security and peace of mind: one positioned in front of the garage gate and the second, a Ring doorbell, located near the entrance door.
Personal Belongings
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind, regardless of their value. If you inadvertently leave something behind, we require you to provide a shipping label, mailing instructions, and insurance for the item to be shipped back to you. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of any shipped items. The shipping fee for returning items, even with a provided label, is $50. Any item weighing over 5 lbs must be picked up in person. Thank you for your understanding.
Heated Pool/Spa Combo: Relaxation at 82°F/90°F"
Our pool/spa combo offers ultimate relaxation with the pool at 82°F and the spa at 90°F. Note: Spa heating may take up to an hour as the heater warms the pool. An extra fee of $69 per day for summer (June–Sept) and $99 per day for winter (October–May) would apply for pool heat. You can get in touch for this service once you’ve booked. Please let us know if you would like to add Pool heat to your reservation for preheating before your arrival.
