Well equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and comfortable dining area. Large sunny balcony with bush and lake views. The cottage is in a quiet, bushy area but not isolated and only a few hundred metres to boat ramp and an excellent general provision store, boat hire, fishing tackle, bait, car and boat fuel. Ski hire can be found at Adaminaby or Selwyn Ski Resort.

A thirty minute drive to Mount Selwyn snowfields with excellent family skiing, or a little over one hour to Thredbo and Perisher via Jindabyne and the Skitube.
