Adorable private residence just minutes away from the lively downtown Phoenix area. We are centrally located and just a short ride away from Sky Harbor Airport.
The Space:
You will be staying in your own private house with its own private entrance and fenced in yard. There is a beautiful queen size bed in the bedroom. The sofa also makes down into a full size bed for additional sleeping space. Get ready for your day in the spacious full sized bathroom. Enjoy a meal or a nice cocktail with the fully stocked kitchen.

We live in the adorable Historic Coronado District and are surrounded by many delicious restaurants, most within walking distance.

We are also about 3 miles away from Downtown Phoenix which has a number of amazing restaurants and things to do for the whole family. Downtown Phoenix has everything for the sports enthusiast down to the art lover. Chase Field and US Airways Arena are both just minutes away. Don't miss out on taking the kids to the Arizona Science Center or Children's Museum. Enjoy an fun date night at the Phoenix Art Museum and one of the many restaurants and bars downtown. If you happen to be staying with us on the first Friday of the month, then we recommend going to First Friday downtown.
There is also a Safeway grocery store one mile away. There is a Circle K gas station just 0.3 miles away.
Sky Harbor Airport is just 4.2 miles away.

Getting Around:
We are located right next to the I-10 and the US Route 51 Freeway. Uber and Lyft are very accessible in our neighborhood. We are also just 1.5 miles to the Light Rail stations on Central Ave.
Other Things to Note:
You do a need a parking permit to park during the week in front of the unit. We provide the parking permit for you in the unit to hang in your vehicle during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We live in the main house right next door to the house and will be readily available for any questions or recommendations. Please note that we have a washer and dryer available in the backyard main house if needed. Feel free to use it.
