It is a quiet, idyllic and sunny panoramic location about 2.5 km above the lake and about 3.5 km from Cannobio, which can be reached either by car or on a pretty hiking trail. At the "Casa Irma", the owners have proved a clever hand in the decor, because the mixture of high-quality materials, good equipment and modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It feels like home on approximately 90 m² of living space. In addition, the underfloor heating and the sunny outdoor areas, which invite you to unwind and enjoy life. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the Brissago Islands and the mountains to the Gotthard massif. Directly from the house you can explore the stunning surroundings on numerous walking and hiking trails, and the many viewpoints surprise you with changing views of the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. In the picturesque village of St. Agata itself is the nice bar El Calishot, a good pizzeria / restaurant and a children's playground. There is free Wi-Fi internet access to navigate the internet.
