Positive: The building itself was good and in a good location for what we needed. The outdoor pool and clubhouse space on the roof top was nice. The view was amazing.
Negative: The AC unit only worked sporadically and we had to “reset” it every 12 hours or so. We notified the owners and they had maintenance come but it didn’t fix it and it was still very loud. Most of the time it would take 10+ minutes to get hot water. Basic necessities were not in the apartment and we had to request them such as body soap, laundry detergent, extra towels for pool and workout facilities (only provided one per person). Once we contacting the owners, they dropped supplies off but those should be standard and supplied without request. The furniture was not comfortable and the place was as poorly cleaned. The floors were not well vacuumed and it was obvious the poor attention to cleaning due to items under the beds and couches such as plates and trash. This place has great potential but felt like 2 start quality at best.
