This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

Summary: This beach-front condo is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We found it to be immaculately clean and very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and everything provided that guests might need for the stay. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is amazing with front-row views of the sunrise. It's a lovely place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine any time of day. With the beach just steps away, it's easy to spend as much time as you like on the sand or in the water. Communication with the host was outstanding. She answered questions promptly prior to our arrival and checked in with us via text shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything was in order. We highly recommend this beach-front condo for a vacation on South Padre Island.
