Located two flights up (no elevator), this 950 sq. ft. retreat features a private balcony with uninterrupted Gulf views—you can’t get closer to the water without getting wet! Sleeps 6 max, including children.
Inside, you’ll find fresh updates as of December 2025: new floors, countertops, paint, doors for added bedroom privacy, and crown molding, plus stylish new furniture and draperies. The master suite has a king bed; the Gulf-front bedroom offers two queens. A washer/dryer, two full bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), and a fully stocked kitchen mean you can pack light.
We’ve thought of all the extras: beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, wrap, coffee, and even zip-top bags—things most rentals don’t provide. Guests love the community pool, lagoon with ducks and swans, and location just 1.5 miles from the heart of Pensacola Beach dining and nightlife.
Please note: Must be 25+ to rent and staying on premise. No smoking, no pets. If you have mobility issues, this condo’s stairs may not be suitable, but we have other elevator-access options. We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
