Immediately upon entering the home, you are welcomed by a beautiful living room with a fireplace and hardwood staircase to the second level. wood and oak floors run through most of the first and second levels. Large windows throughout provide natural light into the home. There is a lush tropical oasis with tropical plants Palm trees and a gorgeous Mango tree and lots of plants that attract butterflies. There are palm trees that lend to the tropical feel. The home is situated close to the Intracoastal Flagler waterway and parks and is just minutes' walking distance to Downtown WPB. 10-15 minutes walk or 2-5 minute drive to the beach, CityPlace, Clematis Street, West Palm Beach Greenmarket, SunFest, Brightline & Palm Beach International Airport.
