Positive: Well organized space. The bathroom in the hall that can be accessed from the main bedroom as well as from the living space. This is so important as sometimes the bathroom layout can be inconvenient. The kitchen was well appointed with kitchen tools and dishes. The patio faces the water as well as the boat launch traffic, that was fun. TV worked well. The den has a small bed that worked well for our son. The main bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was nice.
Negative: The building is close to the boat launch and two beaches, but far from the restaurants. We chose to walk as it only 3 or 4 blocks but its important to note. Leaving the building can be tricky, when walking its best to exit the first floor landing that leads to the back. Speaking of the building, currently their is no door to the parking garage. I would have appreciated some kind of note letting us know.
Summary: Lakeview is really real. great place to not just sleep but also stay.
