Our large, rustic family beach house is only a short stroll from the calm, protected waters and the clear pristine beach of Eagle Bay. Close by is Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery and restaurant and Meelup Farmhouse Restaurant. Dunsborough is only a 7 minute drive away where you will find shops, cafes and eateries. A great property for families and groups looking to spend some relaxing time together on the same property.
A spacious, rustic 5 bedroom timber beach house with big dining and living area’s, 30m of covered timber decks, framed with massive 100 year old Jarrah posts, cedar windows and with manicured lawns, large native trees for shade and secure kid and pet proof fencing. This is a classic beach house, 180m walk to the beach with a brand new interior. This is a property for families and group gatherings but not for parties.
Downstairs has a separate Lounge/TV area and four bedrooms. There is also a large open tiled area with a table tennis table and an old pool table for guest use.
The laundry has a large sink and a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
All bedrooms are carpeted and have doona’s and pillows. Linen and towels are not supplied however can be provided for a fee per room per night.
All bathrooms are brand new and spacious. There is also a private outdoor shower/bath with hot and cold water. We highly recommend this in preference to indoors.
There is a locked Master Bedroom and Pantry on the top floor which is for private storage and a locked rear shed which are not accessible for guest use.
The whole main living area upstairs is open plan, with a well appointed kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher. There is a massive island bench overlooking a huge Jarrah dining table that comfortably seats 12 people. The lounge area is very comfortable and has two sofas and a TV. There is an expansive balcony with a Webber Q BBQ, and stainless sink, bench-top and outdoor seating for dining or relaxing on the lounge or hammock.
We also have an additional BBQ and Gas Pizza oven at the rear.
Access to our surveyed boat mooring is available on request.
The beachfront is a few minutes walk away so make sure you bring an Esky/cooler, beach chairs, umbrella. If you’re flying in from interstate or overseas we may be able to supply extra beach stuff for you for a small charge.
