Positive: Very clean, perfect for a few nights in the city, great price & location.
Negative: Parking was iffy. The streets surrounding the property are only 2 hr parking and on a summer weekend all the streets with free parking are full. If you park in the 2 hr parking, you can move your car every 2 hrs so the officers don’t give you a ticket. Otherwise you have to deal with parking garage fees. Luckily we had a friend that let us park in north Philly at their place, but that required us to take the train/bike around rather than drive.
Summary: Great overall, just annoying parking.
