This place is self contained located in a single-family residence but separate from the main House. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples or families traveling to California. This is a small apartment (own entrance and kitchenette) with an adjoining large private bath. Only you will have access to the space. Guests can use high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with NETFLIX, hot water bath, hairdryer, private laundry room (in the bathroom), and a small eating area.
This is a guest suite (small apartment) approx 390 sq. with all living space available to you only. Totally private space for your stay. Guest suite is downstairs, collocated with a two story house (main), which is approximately 3200 sq in almost an acre lot.
