This recently refurbished home is located just 20-mins from East Midlands airport, 20-mins North-West of Leicester, 16-mins South-East of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and 25-mins South of Derby.
For guests looking to book a large group, we also have another lovely 3-bedroom house across the street (Sparkenhoe House). In total both houses can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The stunning lounge comes with a 42-inch Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable double sofa-bed and 2 lounge chairs, making it the perfect space to relax. The spacious separate dining room comes with a table and 6 chairs.
This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils are provided. An espresso coffee machine is also available for you to enjoy. The downstairs shower room consists of a shower, wash basin, toilet, and washing machine. The modern kitchen leads to the beautiful large patio garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy during the warmer months.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom comes with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, high quality bed linen, and towels. This property sleeps up to 7 guests (2 double beds, 1 single bed, and a double sofa-bed).
Ellistown Retreat is situated in the centre of Ellistown with a Co-Op conveniently located close by (4-min walk). There are various takeaways and a café just a 5-min walk from the property.
