Wonderful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in beautiful sunny San Diego. Direct access to main highways, only 15 minutes from beach cities and 10 minutes from the heart of downtown. Conveniently located to give you access to all types of local entertainment areas like the Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, & Little Italy. The space is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers, & small groups; giving you access to all Downtown SD has to offer!
The space
Our unit provides a spacious living room area upon walk in with SMART TV to allow casting and streaming app access. As well as a fully functional kitchen stocked with cooking basics. We also provide breakfast bars, coffee, tea, oatmeal and sweet and salty bars. The restroom also comes fully stocked with shampoo conditioner and lotion for your use! A fully stocked linen and laundry closet allows you to skip a trip to the market as we have extra toiletries on site as well as laundry detergent for your use!

We do Self-Checkin - meaning that you can checkin on your own ANYTIME after 4pm.
We are not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities (including temporary or indefinite water/power outages). Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools are seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closures or maintenance :)
The unit is a fully private unit with a balcony seating area for your personal use!
You have full access to the community areas pictured in the listing, however they are shared with tenants of the building. please be mindful of others when utilizing these spaces.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this is a privately leased building and we ask all our guests to contact our Account Managers to assist you with anything you might need during your stay. We are available from 9am until 1am every day!!
Please be aware that there will be additional fees applied for each guest after the 2nd. It is an additional $75 each night for the 3rd & 4th guests. Only applied if the additional guests will be staying in the unit overnight. Queen air mattress is available upon request for additional guests. Please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure it is placed in the unit prior to your arrival :)
Rentals: MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKIN.
- A Queen Air Mattress is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee
- A GRACO Pack 'n' Play is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee
- A High Chair is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $20 Flat Fee
If the unit is vacant one day prior to your arrival date we can offer Early Checkin for an additional flat fee of $30, otherwise we might be able to offer a 2-3pm early checkin for the same fee depending on when the previous guests checkout.
Checkout is at 11am sharp! An unplanned/uncommunicated late checkout anytime after 11:30 am will result in a $30 Late Checkout Fee. For every hour past 11:30 am, an additional $30 Fee will be applied until the unit has been vacated :)

We allow 1 pet and there is a $250 fully refundable Pet Deposit required to cover any accidental damage to the furniture, walls, floors, or unit. Payment can be sent through and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout and inspection of the unit. If the unit does require any amount of additional cleaning such as for hair removal, or damage repairs, etc then all costs associated will be deducted directly from the $250 pet deposit. The animal must be preferably under 35lbs. Animals are treated as an extra guest, therefore there is an additional $35 charge per pet per night which can also be sent through the platform along with the deposit. If you are interested, we require the animal's breed, weight, a reference photo to be provided to us prior to check-in. No fees will be charged for service animals but proper documentation must be provided to proof that your pet is a service animal.
For long term stays - the Host shall pay, as they become due, monthly utility bills and charges that are furnished to the Premises and presently metered separately, capped at $265 per month. Guests who exceed the historical use estimates will reimburse Host the difference, minus the agreed to $265 by the end of the applicable billing month.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT, ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING (VAPE, TOBACCO, MARIJUANA, ETC) WILL LEAD TO A FINE AS HIGH AS $1,000 ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL $150 CLEANING FEE BEING ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION!
PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL OF THE HOUSE RULES & POSTED COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO DRUG USE OR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ON THE PROPERTY, NO GLASS CONTAINERS OUTSIDE THE UNIT OR IN ANY COMMUNITY AMENITY AREAS. NOISE COMPLAINTS WILL BE ESCALATED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. ANY AND ALL DISTURBANCES TO NEIGHBORS OR THE GENERAL COMMUNITY IS A FINABLE OFFENSE UP TO $1000 AND MAY LEAD TO AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY AND A NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
