The home offers a huge private 16'x40' saltwater pool and spa for an early morning swim or cooling off after a hot day. The 6 bedroom and 6 1/2 bathroom gulf front home can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests and has 5,947 sq. ft. total of indoor and outdoor living space and a very large parking area that can accommodate 10-12 vehicles depending on the size or even an option for a boat/trailer. It is in the quiet community of Indian Pass in Port St. Joe with natural beauty all around, including the fantastic Saint Vincent National Wildlife Refuge across the pass. This home is also located less than a minute from the Indian Pass boat ramp which gives you access to the Gulf, St. Vincent Island, Indian Pass Lagoon, and Apalachicola Bay. The St. Vincent Island Shuttle departs year round from Indian Pass boat ramp. In addition to the shuttle, there are also pleasure cruises and fishing charters available.
St. Vincent Island is a National Wildlife Refuge on a 12,300-acre undeveloped barrier island. With beautiful natural habitats, various trails, and 9 miles of empty beaches. There are numerous trails that can be explored by foot or bike. The island’s forest areas are home to a variety of native species of mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. The forest areas are open year-round and are perfect for bird and wildlife watching.
This luxury custom home has a chef's designer kitchen, which includes a Wolf gas stove top/oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and 2 Cove dishwashers. There is also a wine cooler, ice maker, and a wet bar. The kitchen has a buffet area to serve large dinners, while looking out at the Amazing Views!!!
The living area has an extra-large 86” Smart TV for the Big Game!!! Relax by the large beautiful indoor oyster shell gas fireplace on the cool off-season evenings.
The 4th Floor Master King Bedroom features a private gulf front deck with the most amazing views, walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, double vanities, soaker tub, and a privacy toilet.
The 3rd floor king bedroom with an ensuite also has a walk in shower, vanity, and a privacy toilet.
The 2nd floor hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms. A Double queen bedroom with an ensuite, that has a walk in shower, double vanity, and toilet. This bedroom also has access to the 2nd floor gulf front balcony. A King bedroom with an attached bathroom, that has a walk in shower, vanity, and toilet. This bedroom also has access to the 2nd floor gulf front balcony. A Very large bunk room that offers two queen over queen bunk beds with an ensuite that has a walk in shower and a separate tub/shower combination, double vanities, and two privacy toilets. This room also has access to the 2nd floor gulf front balcony and a small ping pong table. A small bunk room that offers a twin over twin bunk bed.
Washers and dryers are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the home for your use.
The elevator goes from the ground entrance to each floor of the home and may be used throughout your stay.
The outdoor area includes the pool & spa, a large oversized screened in area, a large gas grill, and a rinse off area. There is also a full outdoor bathroom off of the pool area.
Direct beach access is just down the private walkway from the home to the beach. The beach offers miles of relaxing walks, shelling, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, and sunning. While relaxing on the balconies or laying in the sun on the beach keep an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees coming through the pass. Fishing right from the beach is good nearly all year long.
