Home away from home? We got you! Kick your feet up and get comfortable at this gorgeous cozy apt. Perfectly located in West End, close to the city, however far enough enjoy sleeping in for a little longer. Can't escape work? No problem, we have a nice office space that is dedicated to getting work done, all the while enjoying the view of a beautiful purple flowered tree and a nice cup of warm delicious coffee from the famous 3 brothers coffee (provided in unit). This unit is perfectly spacious, with 2 king beds, and a queen bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 of them are ensuite, and 1 that is for common use.
**Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.
Whether you are coming with family, friends, celebrating a special occasion (or not) this is the perfect location to get reset and relax at this warm, beautifully decorated home. Enjoy cooking up a nice meal with a full stock of appliances and amenities within the unit, binge watch your fave shows, and movies with your delicious meal. Or order a delicious pizza from the famous 'Five Points Pizza' (located only 5 mins away) or enjoy a glass of bourbon on the balcony after a long days work.
Night in or night out, you have options!! There is a wide selection of choices on where to go and what to do, as you are located near Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Broadway.

Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
-Damage Waiver. A $40 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1500. If damages exceed $1500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1500.

- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time. Guests must indicate the correct number of guests sleeping in the unit.
- A security deposit of $500 will be placed as a 7-day hold (not a charge) the day prior to checkin, except for reservations made through Airbnb. Any damage found is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- The Guest is not allowed to receive any mail at the Property
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at check in and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on the premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
-The Guest agrees to provide a credit card to keep on file (except for Airbnb reservations).
-Host shall not be held responsible for such an item’s failure to work but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible by the Guest.
-Guest must dispose of their trash at the time of checkout (instructions of trash bin found in checkout instructions).
-Lost and Found: Hosts are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the stay.
- Illegal use of the property will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
