Newly Updated Lakefront home with accommodations for up to 12, fireplace, oversized screened patio with balcony, and gorgeous sunsets from either the sandy beach or the large boat dock. King Bedroom downstairs, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new floors, fresh paint, and full bathroom downstairs near the game/lounge room off kitchen. Expansive lake views from the beautifully appointed and open living and dining rooms complete with a new leather couch and gas fireplace. Upstairs find a bedroom with twin bunk beds and a twin trundle as well as a double bed and oversized closet. Off the landing find another adorable bedroom with twin bunk beds, a trundle, and access to the upstairs screened porch. Across the hall find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. And finally, the Master Suite off the screened balcony with King bed, soaking tub, shower and dual vanities (currently one of thaws sinks is not operable due to leak soon-to-be addressed) under a skylight. Down on the beach, there's a fire ring for roasting s'mores and a large dock to fish and enjoy the sunsets. With 2 Paddleboards/SUPs, 2 kayaks, PingPong Table, an outdoor shower, and a Shuffleboard table there's endless fun to be had! During your stay, Xfinity Wireless offers "1 Gig service, 1200mbps downloads, and connectivity for unlimited devices".

Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed this property and location. They had plenty of none electronic games and a Playstation available for when it rains. The little beach was great. The lake water was clean and enjoyable. We appreciated the paddleboards and kayaks and swing in tree. The driveway is a little tricky as it is shared. And the house number was not clear. So arriving at 1am due to traffic issues, it was a bit difficult to confirm I had the right house without calling my sister who had arrived earlier in the day before me. We were a group of 12 people ages 6 to 81. Everyone enjoyed the home and beach. Definitely recommended it. Hope to come again.
