VILLA SETTING
La Casa Compartida is ideally situated on the prestigious, tropical golf estate of San Lameer on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast, close to Southbroom.
The villa is one of a select number in the most recently opened, and most desirable, section of San Lameer, Die Heuwel (the hill), which has much larger plots, and more privacy, than the rest of the San Lameer Estate.

La Casa Compartida is best suited to guests who want a relaxed, self-catered coastal stay with friends or family - in absolute comfort.

ACCOMMODATION
This 350m² villa offers seamless indoor/outdoor living in addition to an upstairs TV lounge. The large patio has dining for ten people, sun loungers, a large gas barbecue and a Weber barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a gourmet cook might need.
The four en-suite bedrooms are all fitted with high-quality mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen, built-in-cupboards, carpets, and air conditioners. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and two bedrooms have two 3/4 beds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outdoors is a beautiful warm pool, complete with sun loungers and comfortable sofa seating. The pool area is accessible through folding doors that open up the indoor lounge completely to allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
There is also undercover outdoor dining for ten guests. The large entertainment area is set in a beautiful tropical garden with plentiful bird life and small buck close by.
INDOOR LIVING & DINING
The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge allows for sociable and relaxed entertaining.
The custom designed kitchen includes Smeg, Miele and AEG appliances, an extra drinks fridge, an ice making machine and Le Creuset and Scanpan pots and pans.
There is cable television (DStv Premium) and a DVD player in the lounge, with an additional TV and DVD player in the second lounge upstairs.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Each floor has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with twin 3/4 beds.
The four en-suite bedrooms are all fitted with high-quality mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen, built-in-cupboards, carpets and air conditioners. The two bedrooms with queen-size beds both have a shower and a bath in their bathrooms, the other two bathrooms have a shower.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
La Casa Compartida provides two televisions in two separate lounges (perfect for giving the kids their own space), both with cable television/DStv (Premium bouquet) and DVD players, a large gas barbecue, a charcoal barbecue, hair dryers, air conditioners and mosquito machines.
The villa is serviced daily and a laundry service is available. Towels, bed linen, beach towels, toilet paper, soap and cleaning materials are all provided.
The villa has a pool (no net) and a garden. Golf carts can be hired at the club house at a daily rate.
San Lameer has a superette, a beach take-away, a library and a beach clothing store, all on the estate. The local pharmacy delivers what you might need on a daily basis.
