Unsere Ferienhäuser der Familie Marx befinden sich im schönsten Teil des rund 30 km langen Extertales im Ferienpark Extertal. Der Ferienpark Extertal befindet sich zwischen dem Naturpark Weserbergland und dem Naturpark Teutoburger Wald an der Landesgrenze NRW zu Niedersachsen, nicht weit von den historischen Fachwerkstädten Rinteln, Hameln und Lemgo entfernt. Dieses Feriengebiet in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung liegt fernab vom Durchgangsverkehr und ist dennoch gut erreichbar. Unsere Ferienhäuser wurden 1994 im Skandinavischen Stil gebaut, und sind uns und unseren immer wiederkehrenden Gästen sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Lassen auch Sie sich von der herrlichen Landschaft verzaubern und verweilen Sie während Ihres Urlaubs in zentraler Lage. Ob Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Hund, in der Gruppe mit Freunden, oder als Paar zu zweit, für alle stehen pro Ferienhaus gemütliche 5 Zimmer zur Verfügung, davon drei Schlafzimmer, eine komfortable Küche und ein ansprechendes Bad, sowie eine entspannende Sauna und ein gemütlicher Holzofen. Die Ferienhäuser sind ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Unternehmungen, die erlebnisreiche Umgebung mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten liegt direkt "vor der Haustür". Der Ferienpark Extertal liegt am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes. Eingebettet in Feldern Wiesen und Wäldern ist er ein idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbiketouren. Der Wald des Weserberglandes beginnt direkt hinter den Häusern. Die Häuser der Familie Marx sind für Monteure nicht geeignet.
Das Ferienhaus Mia im wurde 1995 im skandinavischen Stil errichtet. Es liegt absolut ruhig am Waldrand im Ferienpark Extertal in der Nähe von Rinteln. Unser Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen reichlich Platz für Ihren Urlaub. Die Gesamtgröße des Ferienhauses beträgt ca. 70 m². Mehr als ausreichend Wohnfläche für fünf Personen, welche in drei Schlafzimmern (1x Doppelbett 2,00m x 1,80m, 1x Doppelbett 2,0m x 1,60m, 1x Einzelbett 2,0m x 0,90m) ein Quartier finden. Ihnen steht außerdem eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, 4 Platten Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster sowie viel Zubehör zur Verfügung. Neben dem ansprechenden Badezimmer liegt das Highlight: die Sauna, welche zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Ferienhaus hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit neuer (2012) moderner Wohlfühl-Couch und Kaminofen, einem einladenden Essbereich und technische Komponenten wie: Kostenloser Internetzugang per WLAN, Flach TV, DVD Blue ray Player und Stereoanlage. Das Ferienhaus verfügt neben dem Kamin auch noch über elektrische Heizkörper. Im Wohnbereich sowie im Badezimmer ist eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung installiert. Zusätzlich haben wir im Badezimmer eine Infrarot-Heizung montiert, welche Ihnen das Gefühl gibt in der Sonne zu stehen. Über die neue Treppe (keine Raumspartreppe mehr) gelangen Sie auf die Galerie im Obergeschoss. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen eigenen Garten mit Terrasse und Sitzmöbeln. Hier können Sie den Tag ausklingen lassen oder auch das ein oder andere Steak grillen (Grill vorhanden). Auch auf ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus müssen Sie nicht verzichten. Bei Anreise wird eine Kaution von 150,00EUR verlangt.
