In dem kleinen und ruhigen Ortsteil Schluchsee-Blasiwald (Eisenbreche, 900 m. ü. NHN) 500m von der Staumauer des Schluchsees entfernt und eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und sauerstoffspendenden Wäldern, liegt das Gästehaus SEEEWALD mit 6 gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für viele Aktivitäten. Wanderungen zu vielen Zielen in der Umgebung und für Mountainbiker oder Tourenfahrer als Basisstation im Netz des gut gekennzeichneten Radwegesystems im Naturpark Südschwarzwald. Im Sommer bietet der See viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Schwimmen im See, Strandbad oder Schwimmbad, Surfen, Segeln/Segelschule, Angeln, Tauchschule. Der Boots- und Fahrradverleih "Müller" und die Anlegestelle für die Seerundfahrt mit der „MS Schluchsee“ liegen direkt an der Staumauer. Für den Winterurlaub bietet die Gegend viele Loipen für Langlauf. Abfahrtsski ist in der direkten Nähe möglich und natürlich auf dem Feldberg in 22 km Entfernung. In BLASIWALD gibt es das Modellbahnzentrum mit Cafeteria (100m), den Blasiwälder Hof (200m) und das Gasthaus Lochheiri (150m) und einen Biergarten beim Bootsverleih Müller an der Staumauer (500m). Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. 800m vom Haus entfernt auf der anderen Seite des Staudamms. Ansonsten erreicht man von den Ferienwohnungen im Gästehaus SEEWALD mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus viele andere Ausflugsziele in der weiteren Umgebung.
