Circle driveway is at a steep angle.

Add $25 per person per night each additional person up to 4 total. $50 pet deposit. Max 2 dogs. Home is fully carpeted. Lots of amenities. Master has King bed. Guest bedroom has queen bed. Front porch is screened in.

Community has a private boat launch with separate parking for vehicle and trailer off property. You are not allowed to leave your vehicle and trailer at the boat ramp. Parking lot up the street. Boat launch approx. 5 minutes from house. Go a couple more blocks and there is a community fishing pier. Sign says Beach #3.
Bring your boat or Personal Water Craft. There is a circle drive way in front of home where you can park your boat and trailer. Vehicles only up this driveway. It is very steep.
