Summary: I really have nothing bad to say about this house. Its in a gated community that is extremely quiet. The house itself was great. It was spotless with all the amenities you would need. The second upstairs living room was great also. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was great to soak in the hot tub before and after a round of golf. The water out back had small bass and 1 small gator. Being in Davenport, it isn't super close to Disney, but it is away from the traffic and there are decent places to eat within a few miles. Communication with the owner ( Rob) was excellent. He returned messages promptly which was helpful. Myself and my golf buddies would definately stay here again.
