The main level has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, comfy couches, a fireplace, & a new chef's kitchen.
2nd Level is a separate upstairs apartment, nestled in the treetops with a queen bed, bath, kitchen, & balcony! (Perfect to bring along the grandparents or extended family looking to have their own private space)
The entire place has been renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and skylights to fall asleep under the stars. Outside is a BBQ, heater, fire pit (spring and summer), and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors.
The space
Welcome to the Four Bears Cabin, a recently renovated mountain retreat with refreshing air conditioning, located on a sprawling lot of over 11,000 square feet. Located only 0.7 miles (15 min walk) to the lake, it is situated in a quiet and serene neighborhood with three easy parking spaces.
The house is an entertainer's delight with multiple outdoor living spaces, suitable for all ages and pets alike with a fenced-in courtyard, deck, and tiered hillside for plenty of privacy.
You will walk into an open floor plan upon entering the property, featuring a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully remodeled kitchen, including cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel upgraded appliances, and hardware. The house is equipped with a big-screen TV and plenty of games and toys, including an arcade console, to keep all ages entertained.
The main level includes three large bedrooms, two brand new full baths, vaulted ceilings, big windows, and skylights. A custom-built bunk room with two twin beds and a full bed featuring big starry skylight views will leave you dreaming peacefully.
BONUS! You will also have access to the top-level A-Frame suite, with a separate private entryway, treetop deck, living area with desk workspace, dining table, remodeled kitchen, and light & bright bathroom boasting new custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and appliances.

MAIN FLOOR
Bedrooms 1 and 2 – two queen beds, full bathroom
Living room & Kitchen – spacious living room w/ fireplace, new modern, chef's kitchen, wood burning fireplace, tons of games
Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds (can be pushed together to make a queen), 1 full upper bunk bed, starry night sky views, a full bathroom, and arcade game console. Light and bright with indoor + outdoor entrances and vaulted ceilings with skylights. (This is often used as the Kid Cave!)
YARD: Front door bistro area, upstairs treetop deck with chairs and heater, a side yard with BBQ (Fire pit available in spring and summer months)
BONUS A-FRAME suite upstairs, with private entry & treehouse vibes. Queen bedroom, full bath, kitchen, roku TV, and vintage record player. Spacious, private balcony with great views, couches, and a patio heater, nestled in the forest treetops. (Often used as the couple’s hideaway)
Guests have access to all areas of the main house, upstairs A-Frame, and yard but NOT the surrounding hillside slopes (dangerous - off limits), and locked basement storage shed.
