This suite is on the upper level of a newly renovated 50s duplex in Seattle’s charming and character-filled Fremont neighborhood. Take advantage of our private deck and yard, or enjoy the light streaming through the front windows. The Quad sleeps four and is equipped with everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. This is a smoke-free property and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including outside (we are in very close quarters with many open windows).
We do share walls with other units and request that guests keep noise to a minimum while others may be sleeping (10pm to 8am). This does mean no parties.
