Only a short flat walk from downtown Palm Spring where you can enjoy shopping, wonderful restaurants and the famous Village Fest on Thursday evenings.
The pool and spa are right outside of your door and are well maintained and beautiful every day and night.
This unit has been recently renovated in summer 2016, with all the modern amenities that it was not originally built with in the 60's. Gorgeous mid century modern decorating!
