This is a beautiful villa, located in a gated community with Clubhouse. The villa has splendid lake views with fishing, private heated pool and spa. The pool deck is the ideal place to watch the wildlife sneaking in for a drink !
The interior sports 5 bedrooms- 2 King master bedrooms, 1 Queen Master bedroom, A family room ( full and twin) and the kids room share a jack and jill bathroom. One queen and one King master bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The Kitchen, family area, dining area, and the games room are also located on the ground floor.
The views are amazing from the rooms and also from the pool decking. It is a safe gated community with large spaces for children to play and explore. The villa is furnished with luxury in mind and aims to provide a home away from home experience.
The games room has air hockey, Brunswick pool table, X Box 360, Playstation 2, darts . There are reading materials and games also available.
There are TVs in all the rooms, Cable, DVD players in the master bedrooms and a 59' TV in the Living room with surround sound. There is high speed wireless Internet
BBQ is provided.
There is a lanai with fan, providing shade from the sun. Chid safety fence is available, highchairs, cribs and stroller are available at the villa.

Summary: We were told up front that there was no TV service but specifically there was internet, however when we arrive there was neither, in fact the house was not equipped with a router. The owner did send someone 2 days later to take a look on New Years Eve in the afternoon but he didn't get it going and in fact promised to come back and never did. The house was listed as pet friendly and my very first email started out with we had small dogs however at 2 am the day we were supposed to check in I get an email giving me all the restrictions (dog not on Sofa or allowed upstairs) not only that but now the owner was concerned about future guest having allergies and the dogs being an issue, Here's and idea just don't list it as pet friendly!! We would not recommend this rental and I feel the owner knowing misled us to get the booking.
