Property and Booking Details:
- Check-in time is 4 PM or later; check-out time is 10 AM or earlier. Due to extended cleaning times, early check-in or late check-out is not available.
- All homes are non-smoking. A $350 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the home.
- No large parties or events are allowed. No loud outside noise after 10 PM.
- Essentials are provided for the first night. Guests are responsible for their own supplies afterward. A list of provided items will be shared before arrival.
- Strollers, high chairs, Pack 'n' Plays, and grills can be rented through various vendors. We can provide rental company recommendations.
- Pool heating is not included and costs an additional $35 + tax per night. It is recommended from November to May. Please request this feature when booking to avoid scheduling issues. Pool heaters are turned on the day before arrival. There is a 4-night minimum charge for pool heat. An extra $25 call-out fee applies if pool heating is requested on the day of or after arrival.
- Pool heating facts: It takes up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature, maintaining between 83-87°F. Pool systems run on timers from morning to evening, resulting in some cooling at night. No refunds for lower temperatures on cold days. Guests are not allowed to tamper with pool equipment; only licensed professionals can handle it.
- Some homes may have a security camera or Ring doorbell facing the driveway/entry for security purposes.
