Positive: We've had a phenomenal stay in Gerlitzen-Apartments. Communication with the host was very clear, quick and convenient. Hosts provided a detailed PDF with all the necessary instructions regarding check in and check out, as well as some ski resort related info. We were also provided with a card for a toll ramp on the road to the accommodation so at no additional cost. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is beneficial when 4 people are preparing and trying to be as quick and efficient as possible in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots, pans, stove and oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, even a dishwasher. Everything you need. In the fridge there is one shelf which acts as a freezer so you can even stock up on frozen meals and prep them in the oven. One remark - there is no microwave. We didn't need one, but it's worth pointing out. View from the terrace is amazing, you can see the lake and the alps in the distance. The pool is just down the hall, it's literally 30s from the room. Parking is just a few steps away and very convenient.
Negative: The smaller bedroom only has one "window" and it's actually facing the hallway. In the hallway there is a little bit of smell of chlorine from the pool, so that is slightly inconvenient.
