This is one of our 4 houses (SADIK, DIALI, JIBARI AND NEW), located in chosen places of the old Medina by the sea, with spectacular views from its roofs and wonderful sunsets.
The houses are built with techniques and handcrafted materials: whitewashed floors in indigo or albero, cedar woods, zelig (tiles and clay) from Fez, hand-loom textiles, etc.
Accommodation
DAR NUEVA is a traditional Moroccan style house located a few meters from the sea, between the palace of Raissuli and nearby Karakia (viewpoint overlooking the sea where you can see the breathtaking sunsets).
The house, with capacity for 6 people, is equipped in a simple and functional way with kitchenware, dining room and bed and bath linen.
The house has the following distribution:
-One ground floor with hall, patio, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet
-A first floor with a large terrace and a living-dining room.
