The Space:
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a wonderful open floor plan. When you walk into the living room you are greeted with a cozy gas fireplace and nice comfortable leather couches. In our storage closet we have games that the whole family can play together, and a nice TV for a family movie night.
When you get into the kitchen you will immediately fall in love with the white marble counter tops. This kitchen comes fully stocked with anything you could ever need. There is also an stunning coffee bar that comes with a kuirig machine (we provide ground coffee). This amazing kitchen also comes with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, and a wine fridge. Cook dinner but still get to hang out with the family with this spacious open plan living room and kitchen.
The master bedroom has an adjustable king bed that's attached to a master bathroom. The master bedroom has access to its own private deck, so you can get outside and drink your coffee or tea in peace in the mornings. the master bath has his and hers sinks along with a tub/shower combo. It also has a walk-in closet with a dresser. The two additional bedrooms sport a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed. These two rooms have a bathroom that connects between them. The bathroom is separated into two parts, one with the sink and mirror, and the other has the bathtub and toilet so multiple people can get ready for the day at the same time!
When you walk out to the backyard you will be amazed. You will immediately walk out onto a big porch that has seating, a grill, and a hot tub! Past the porch there is a wonderful yard that every child and pet would go crazy for. Don't worry about your child or pet getting out because the entire backyard is completely fenced in! You can relax in the hot tub and let them have fun.
The garage is accessible through the kitchen. It is open for your use. You can fit 1 car in there along with any bikes, toys, or kayaks you might bring along with you.

Located within minutes of Franklin Avenue and downtown Bend, Boneyard Brewery, Drake Park, galleries, restaurants, breweries and all downtown shopping. It really is in the premier location for a vacationer to experience the beautiful city of Bend. It is also within easy driving distance to shopping in the Old Mill District, dozens of breweries, mountain bike and running trails, Mount Bachelor (40 min), and comes with free on-site parking. The many famous reasons for visiting Bend are all within a short distance from this home: Deschutes Brewery, fantastic restaurants, Bond Street, Wall Streets, the parks, hiking, outdoor concerts, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking and so much more.
