Summary: We arrived on Paros ahead of schedule and were warmly invited to come to drop our bags at the house while it was being cleaned for us , the delightful owners bent over backwards to be kind to us and the house was in fact ready several hours earlier than advertised ... When we got there we were welcomed like friends and given a comprehensive tour of the facilities and the local amenities were explained . The house and garden were absolutely beautiful and the pictures really don't do it justice at all.... Immaculately clean , all modern facilities and plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc etc ... Not to mention the fridge with local wine and home grown fruits , cheese , coffee , jams etc etc and an invitation to use the well stocked larder with herbs and other dried goods etc - my sons were particularly pleased to be left a large jar of Nutella !!! No detail had been omitted , there was a good supply of linen and towels , and the bedrooms were airy and cool . We made use of the cleaner after a week and she gave a great service and well worth the few euros to get the sheets changed and house cleaned etc . We really can't wait to go back to this house in 2015 ...... We travelled with our family of 4 ( 2 teenage boys) and my sisters family of 3 ( one 3 year old) and the house was ideal for us . The location was very peaceful ... We weren't aware of the neighbouring houses at all , the welcome breeze cooled the house throughout and we particularly enjoyed the evenings spent on the lovely terrace overlooking the sea.. Golden Beach and Drios just a couple of minutes drive away , Anna's restaurant in Drios providing a wonderful take away selection , and the supermarket, butcher etc in nearby Marpissa makes this a really convenient location . We ventured out to other islands by boat from Piso Livadi a few minutes away , but were equally happy staying on the beaches close by and relaxing at home in the evenings ! The boys watched their dvd collections while we sat in the moonlight admiring the view with a bottle of Paros wine - heaven . Magda & Guiseppe are really the best owners of any property we have rented , and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and I would like to thank them again for their hospitality ....
