Summary: We stayed at the townhome from January thru March 30. We enjoyed the spacious home to the max. It was fully furnished and we only needed to move in our personal items and clothes in order toenjoy every minute of our stay. The area was quiet and safe with the security gate system at the entry of Encore. We took advantage of access to the wonderful pool and hot tub every warm afternoon. Lee was a gracious host and assisted with the TV hookups / WiFi and providing his local favorite local restaurants. We would recommend this townhome to a family since there are two bedrooms..
