Luxurious ski condominium for rent. There is a very flexible bedding arrangement with 7 separate sleeping areas. This is a skier's paradise located downtown 250 yards from the Quicksilver Chairlift and nestled between the Marriott and Hyatt and then only a 2 minute walk to downtown. When you walk into this unit you will immediately notice how open and light it feels. The unit is accented with knotty pine trim and features wrapped pine beams in the main living area. The kitchen is set up for a gourmet cook with a new stainless steel cooking range and microwave. There are all the accessories you would expect like a toaster, crockpot, blender, and coffee maker. The unique feature of this unit is its teardrop shaped kitchen island with 4 barstools. It is also optimally positioned for casual dining allowing you to eat and watch TV. The dining room table is set for 6 but has an expansion leaf for up to 8 people. The living room features a new leather sectional with a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There is a robust audio package controlled by the Denon receiver. You can watch DVDs, Cable, Netflix, or Play your iPhone over the surround sound speakers. Don’t forget to check out the log gas fireplace.
Off the main living are is a bunk room. French doors open to the room that has a Full Futon with Twin on top. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a full Shower. There is also a stackable washer dryer hiding in the cabinets – great if you have small kids that want to get their clothes dry for the next day.
The master bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a sofa sleeper. There is an armoire for clothes as well as the TV and DVD player. There is a bathroom ensuite as well. The guest bedroom also has a Queen bed with a Queen Sofa Sleeper. This bedroom has a flat panel TV. Both bedroom have sliders to allow maximum light into the unit.
The entryway doubles as a mudroom so you can hang up your skis up on the wall and put your boots near the heater. There is also a sitting nook to make it easy to take your boots on and off when you get into the condo. Off the main living area there is an outdoor covered deck that allows you to cook on the propane BBQ grill. The upkeep of the unit is immaculate for even the most discriminating of guests.
For amenities don't forget about the extra large Outdoor Hot Tubs plus indoor hot tubs and the outdoor pool at the Columbine Rec Center that is about a 20 second walk from the condo building. There is covered parking for two cars in tandem. You will need parking passes in the dashboard. There is HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET by Comcast in all the units in the complex.
