Summary: No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40 side plates filling up the cupboards) Bedding (counterpaine) stained and sheets not included, no bedside table or bedside light. In summary. A nice location and log fires (logs included) but the place needs attention and sheets should be included. A nice clean duvet and pillows would be good too. I'm not sure I would go back.
