2 Bedroom House in Columbia Falls
The Guest Quarters Retreat, on the Flathead River, is the perfect property to choose for your NW Montana experience. It is 18 miles from Glacier National Park West Entrance, but also close to local amenities and Glacier International Airport (FCA)
The Guest Quarters Retreat accommodates 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children. It is the guest apartment on the ground floor of our home, with 3 private entrances and lots of space to park. You will have access and use of our private road/path to the Flathead River, with 225 feet of riverfront. It is a short walk, 4-5 min (or drive) across our private bridge to the river, where you will be able to see into the Gateway of Glacier, and where you will find a firepit for cookouts. There are 2 picnic tables, and seating on the river where you can watch kayaks and rafts go down river or even have a kayak ride and get out at our property.
You can fish off our private bridge over river canal, or from July thru Oct on the Flathead River after it has calmed down from the winter snow.
The views to the North, East and South are beautiful!
The Guest Quarters is located on 5 acres and the ground floor of our home.
It is separated from our main living by the garage and our private entrance. The Guest Quarters accommodates 2-6 people (2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children).
*1 Bedroom has a queen bed * 2nd room has a queen lower bunk and a full upper bunk.
*3 private entrances – one to the front, one southside and one at the back off studio living room.
*2 private covered porches – one has seating and propane firepit – 2nd one is off the bunkroom and kitchen, and has table and 6 chairs, grill, and seating.
*The private west front entrance has parking right outside your front door for easy unloading and loading. You enter into main living room. East side of room has sliding doors that opens onto one of 2 covered porches with views of the river canal and Columbia Mountain.
The next room is a large bedroom with queen size bed, dresser and a closet.
*The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal with lots of storage, full size refrigerator and apt size stove.
*The kitchen, eating area (table and 6 chairs), bunkbed, and couch is open living with an electric fireplace for chilly mornings.
*1 Bath – all linens are provided.
*Private laundry Room
Enjoy easy access to all the Valley has to offer. It is located 5 min from Columbia Falls, 3 miles from Glacier International Airport, 18 mi from West Entrance to Glacier Natl Park, 7 mi to Whitefish, 20 min to downtown Kalispell, and 40 min to Big Fork or Flathead Lake.
