The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The building includes a shared swimming pool, gym and sauna.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

There are some great dining options in the area as well, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill, and Hyu Korean. If you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in the same Cluster.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DAMAC Metro STation which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
