Freshly painted with updated decor and all new bed linens. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, large smart TV and wi-fi. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with marina view, the guest room has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with a new refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and Keurig coffee maker too. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. The dining area has built-in banquet seating and a view straight out to the harbor. The heated community pool is literally steps away. There is a BBQ grill by the pool for guests use.
