Off the living room is a large wraparound veranda with a glass balcony designed to make the most of the uninterrupted sea views; to the side of the house a pleasant paved patio with outdoor furniture makes a perfect breakfast spot, while a second patio area boasts a large dining table, along with a built-in BBQ and a chiminea to ward off chilly evenings.
