Vous disposez d'une petite plage avec 1 cale pour les bateaux juste en bas de la maison (plage non surveillée) ainsi que de belles promenades sur les sentiers côtiers des Bords de Rance à la porte de la maison.
La maison est composée à l'étage de 3 chambres (2 avec 2 lits simples chacune + 1 avec 1 lit double), d'1 salle de bain avec Baignoire et douche ainsi que 2 lavabos et 1 WC, au rez de Chaussée 1 vaste salon, 1 coin salle à manger, 1cuisine tout équipée (four, vaisselle, lave vaisselle etc...) avec 1 grand ilot central, 1 arrière cuisine avec lave linge, et enfin 1 WC supplémentaire.
