Gorgeous hilltop Laurel Canyon light filled loft-like studio apartment (lower level of house). Behold owls, hawks, deer, magnificent sunrises and sunsets from this hideaway up in the hills. If you're fortunate enough to catch a morning when the clouds roll in, you'll be able to literally reach out and touch them!
Extremely peaceful and quiet in the heart of renowned Laurel Canyon where musicians Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell, The Doors, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Linda Ronstadt, Jackson Browne, Buffalo Springfield, The Eagles, The Mamas & The Papas, Carole King, Sonny and Cher, The Byrds and many more who cultivated the sound of the 60's, loved and played.
*Our home sits high in the hills and entering the premises via the wraparound deck may prove difficult for some if heights are an issue.

Summary: The views over Laurel Canyon are fantastic, and you're high enough to see mountain ranges in the distance. The Hollywood sign is visible (barely) and the apartment is lovely. Every detail has been well thought out and is very comfortable. From the hosts' warm greeting upon arrival and throughout, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great way to visit LA but stay out of the main hustle and bustle.
