This is an extremely cozy loft with modern conveniences, which includes restored wood windows, tall wood baseboards & door frames. A huge kitchen set up with a pantry full of items for your use, as well as barn doors separating the master bedroom & bathroom. This apartment is set up with a pull-out couch bed, small desk workstation with a computer monitor attached for any remote working scenarios.
Please bear with us as we have started working on the first floor units and the exterior of the building after having completed the beautiful renovations for our second floor units two years ago. We appreciate your understanding and support.
The Space:
Welcome to your totally remodeled 1925 apartment. In this loft, we have made old new again with brand new utilities and amenities.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable modern kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a small shared balcony. Access to the apartment is via the back parking lot or on-street parking. Fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, blender, Keurig, spice rack, and knife set.

Main door code works on both the front and back doors. Your unit code is specifically for your door. All owner locked closets, drawers, cabinets are off limits to guests and should not be tampered with. There is however plenty of cabinet space available in the kitchen and bedroom for your use.
There is complimentary parking in the back of the building, and also parking is available along the street.
The Neighborhood:
The Ybor area is historic and all walks of people visit the area. You can enjoy unbelievable cuban coffee, amazing diverse food, wonderful night life, and people.
Getting Around:
Easy to find scooters for rent, on the major bus line, and very walkable to Ybor City.
