Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. The house is fully heated from a local renewable energy source - the sea water.
The space
The flat is reached via steps leading from the road – with a private parking space – to the private entrance of the flat.
Once you enter the flat you go into a hallway which leads into a bathroom, a bedroom and the kitchen/living area.
Bathroom – Shower, towel rail, vanity unit, wc and bidet sprayer.
Bedroom – Double bed (150 x 200 cm) and wardrobe.
Living room – Sofa bed (which converts into a double bed ), lounge chairs, dining table, chairs and original artworks on the wall.
