The house is situated 800m away from the town in a very quiet location with panoramic view, an
unspoilt nature oasis just a little more than an hour by car from the
cities of the Veneto plain (Venice, Padova and Vicenza).
On the ground floor there are a living and dining room with a hearth, a tile stove and a piano, a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, one bathroom and a large terrace.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom
and a balcony. In the garage behind the house you can find a washing machine.
The house comes with a central heating. The roof has been renovated and isolated with natural products (Naturalia) in April 2010.
You can find a tennis court in the town and a swimming pool in Santa Giustina (5 km away).
