The holiday house is situated in the little village Modrusani near Zminj in the heart of Istrian peninsula. Somewhere halfway, Žminj certainly found its place under the sun. Žminj’s guests enjoy the tranquillity and greenery of our countryside along with the closeness to our beautiful coastline. One’s taste buds will sure enjoy trying new flavours in our taverns, restaurants, agritourisms, pizzerias and newly opened fast food. A licensed guide will take you around our town, who’s regularly dressed in our traditional costume of the Folklore Society of Cere (the oldest folklore society in Istria), while her face is adorned with Žminj’s rićin (a replica of an earring found in an old Croatian cemetery in Žminj).
The house is situated on a plot of 350m2 and it consists of a two floors. The main house where two bedrooms are is on a first floor. There you have one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary fitment. From a living room is a beautiful view with a large window of the garden and pool illuminated by the sun's rays. On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a relax room with a jacuzzi and sauna. Here you will find also a playroom with a fitness equipment.
