Reservation Policies:
1. Door codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in is from 4 PM-11 PM. Any check-in after 11 PM is a violation of our rules. This timeframe allows us to assist during our working hours (4 PM-12 AM).
2. Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability.
3. Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $50 and registration are still pending.
4. The deposit is released 3-7 days after the original check-out date.
5. All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.
6. All departures must be reported immediately for calendar availability and issue resolution. Sending an alteration request helps recover unspent nights and updates the calendar for other guests.
7. All reservation changes must be made before the 10 AM checkout time. Changes cannot be made after 10 AM as per app configuration.
8. If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request for approval.
9. Courtesy refunds are not provided.

11. Registration is mandatory after booking and requires submitting IDs for all guests under the reservation, including a credit card scan. Incomplete deposit and registration will result in reservation termination with no refund.
12. Guests are responsible for any city-imposed penalties related to their stay, plus any damages and an additional 20% as compensation to the host. The extra 20% will go toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, which could be deducted from your security deposit. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. There is a $250 penalty for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
