As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. *40 ft dock that you can utilize, that can be used for relaxing, or to bring a boat (only insured watercrafts are allowed to dock). Depends on availability upon request, rate is $25 per day. We can accommodate boats up to 32 feet long. Air draft max length is 12 feet (bridge nearby).
*Outdoor Gas Grill BBQ with comfortable seating overlooking the deck.
*Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven.
