Summary: The hotel feels like a house was turned into a hotel and adds a different cozy flair to it. Pros: The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Area also felt safer compared old Quito city. Room was spacious. Cons were many: Bathroom door did not lock No hot water was in the bathroom. No heater in the room. TV didn't have any running channels to watch. The furniture e.g. chair & desk felt dirty and old.
