Beautiful Lake Cachuma is only a 20-minute drive, and ocean beaches are located 30 minutes away.
This tranquil 1,100 sq ft space offers 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 full-sized bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, and large office space. We live in the main house on the hill, and there is a separate guest house on the property that is rented to full-time tenants. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the estate by taking leisurely walks on the main road running through the property. We are in the country and there are bugs and wildlife. At night there is a chance of seeing a raccoon, skunk, deer, opossum, or coyote. They will very rarely approach or even come close. We are surrounded by working vineyards, and ranches, so you may see people on the ranches or in the vineyards throughout the day.
